Terms
Terms of Use
Last updated: July 7, 2026
These terms apply to use of APT REWRITE and related rewrite services. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully, to keep your account secure, and to submit only content you have the right to process.
Service
The service provides automated writing and rewrite assistance. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, unsuitable for a particular purpose, or require review. You are responsible for reviewing any output before relying on it, publishing it, submitting it, or sharing it.
Accounts and Credits
Some features require an account. Credits, if offered, are used to submit rewrite jobs and may be consumed when a job is accepted for processing. Failed final jobs may be refunded according to the service's automated credit logic. Credits are not bank accounts, stored-value accounts, or cash equivalents.
Your Content
You keep any rights you have in text you submit. You grant the service permission to process, store, transmit, and display submitted text and generated outputs as needed to provide the product, operate the queue, prevent abuse, debug failures, and maintain account history.
Acceptable Use
Do not use the service to violate laws, infringe rights, attack or overload systems, evade payment, abuse free previews, submit malicious content, or process sensitive information you are not authorized to use.
Availability
The service may change, pause, fail, or be discontinued. Access to third-party infrastructure, payment processors, email providers, and model providers may affect availability and latency.
No Warranties
The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or error-free output.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the service operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or reliance on generated output.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
