Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 7, 2026

This policy explains how APT REWRITE handles information submitted to or generated by the service. The goal is to collect what is needed to operate and evaluate the product, process payments, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

Information Collected

The service may collect account identifiers such as email address, authentication provider identifiers, session records, credit balances, purchase records, rewrite job metadata, submitted text, intermediate model drafts and candidates, patched and final outputs, model and evaluation metadata, user accept/edit/reject feedback, request logs, device/browser metadata, and operational error records.

How Information Is Used

Information is used to authenticate users, send sign-in links and account messages, process credits and purchases, run rewrite jobs, return outputs, prevent fraud or abuse, debug failures, monitor latency and reliability, evaluate rewrite quality, and maintain product records. Captured rewrite records are not automatically approved for model training.

Service Providers

The service relies on third-party providers for infrastructure, email, payments, model inference, alerts, and artifact storage. Information may be shared with those providers only as needed to operate the service.

User Text

Submitted text, intermediate model generations, generated output, and feedback may be stored with job history so the service can show results, support retries, audit failures, and evaluate quality. Do not submit secrets, regulated data, or text you are not allowed to process.

Payment Data

Payment card details are handled by the payment processor. The service stores purchase metadata such as pack, amount, credits, checkout session, and payment references, but not full card numbers.

Retention

Records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, satisfy operational needs, or meet legal obligations. Retention periods may change as the product matures.

Security

The service uses reasonable technical and operational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee perfect security. You are responsible for keeping access to your email and account secure.

Requests

To ask about account data, deletion, or privacy concerns, use the contact page. Some records may need to be retained for security, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal reasons.
